How to Keep Your Cup Holder Tablet Mount Stable
If your eSamcore cup holder tablet mount feels loose, shaky, or does not stay firmly in place, please check whether the screw nut on the adjustable arm has been tightened correctly.
Important Installation Tip
When tightening the screw nut, please hold only the screw nut itself. Do not hold or twist the arm while tightening.
First, adjust the arm to your preferred angle. Then tighten the screw nut firmly on its own. If the arm is held while tightening, the internal locking teeth may not fully engage, which can cause the mount to move or shake during use.
