Care+ Priority Support is provided by eSamcore and is separate from Amazon’s standard return or customer service policies.
Care+ Priority Support is available for eligible original purchases made through official eSamcore sales channels, including products sold by eMobilepress on Amazon in the United States and Canada, and products purchased from the official eSamcore store on TikTok Shop.
6-Month Limited Product Warranty
eSamcore Care+ Priority Support includes a 6-month limited product warranty for eligible products purchased through official eSamcore sales channels.
This warranty covers eligible issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use and proper installation.
Depending on the issue, eSamcore may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, or a one-time replacement product at our discretion.
Eligible Purchases
Care+ Priority Support applies only to original purchases made through official eSamcore sales channels.
Eligible purchases include products sold by eMobilepress on Amazon in the United States and Canada, and products purchased from the official eSamcore store on TikTok Shop.
Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party resellers, or secondhand marketplaces are not covered.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, use outside the product’s intended purpose, or damage caused by vehicle surface conditions, heat, cold, moisture, or other environmental factors.
Products that have been modified, altered, disassembled, or used outside their intended purpose are not covered.
Replacement Policy
Each eligible product from the original order may receive one replacement only.
Replacement products are not eligible for additional replacement claims.
A replacement product does not extend, restart, or renew the original warranty period.
If an item is sold out, discontinued, or no longer available, a replacement or refund may not be available.
